Meet Kate Gallagher, LCSW, PMH-C

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re used to being the one who holds it together for everyone else. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that keep repeating, disconnected in your relationships, or not quite like yourself lately, therapy can be a place to slow down and make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface.

Kate offers a warm, collaborative space where you can explore both what’s happening right now and the deeper emotional patterns that may be shaping how you feel, relate, and cope. Her approach is thoughtful, grounded, and warm — with room for honesty, complexity, and real change.

Kate has been working as a therapist for over a decade and lives in Westchester, New York with her husband and two kids. She attended the University of Georgia in Athens for graduate school and continued her training in Chicago before relocating to New York.
